A hallowed tryst

A hallowed tryst

Holding the conscripted fate in jejunity

Full with mouthful of doubts,

Choired the dawn less in gratuity

In the chariots of senility, worn-out.

Bloom and green, race set pace,

Speckles of sun rays mottled the heart,

Flaunt radiantly over its surface,

And down the wane of woes of its earth.

Dreamer mind candy-laden

Baked in temperance of hell,

Hope to cope with fate hardened

And capsized by entities, neer-do-well.

Craved for a pristine tryst,

As every Prince’s wish, emotional egoism

Within a wink with a fist

Turned abruptly into an indisputable oneirism.

Sans delay my heart leaps for help

But to assume Codex rescriptus, palimpsest

Escaping the time tarried from being a whelp,

Gaining time healing the rest.

Long and short do despair,

Casting hindsight seems haunting

Many steps taken crave from repair

In no time, overtly turned undaunting.
